WORKERS THAT INSTALLED MY SYSTEM LEFT BLACK HAND PRINTS ON MY WALLS. THEY LEFT CUT WIRES OPEN. TRIED TO CHARGE US DOUBLE ON THE SYSTEM. THEY SEEMED NOT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY LIKE PASSING THE BUCK. DON'T RESPOND UNTIL SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THEM.

THE ALARM WENT OFF ONE AFTERNOON WHEN I WAS IN THE BASEMENT OF MY HOME. THEY HAD THE POLICE OUT TO MY HOUSE RIGHT AWAY. SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO GET IN MY PATIO WINDOW. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS COMPANY.
