They were very responsive to email or phone calls. We ended up changing our minds on the total area that we wanted to tile after we had already started, and they were great about putting through a rush order for us so that the project wouldn't fall behind. I felt like they were there to help every step of the way.

They had a very large selection of tiles. They were very helpful, and they sat with us and designed our rooms. Their variety of different tiles is 10 times more then what you would find a regular department store. Their prices are high, but you are paying for what you are getting. They don't tell you the price till after you pick out your tile. However, their customer service and design aspects are great. I would recommend them.

they have a large selection, salespeople are knowledgeable but a bit pushy, and the tile is expensive. i would highly recommend doing extensive research elsewhere (take note of the manufacturer, use the internet to look for other dealers) and i'm sure you can find a better price, especially if you can buy directly from the manufacturer.

Mission Tile has an amazing selection of tile from all over the world. The difficult part of going to their showroom is being able to choose from all the tiles available. Too many choices! Their staff is very helpful and they employ some excellent designers who will go to your home on larger jobs to measure and make recommendations. They will also guide you in your tile choices only showing you tile that will work in your application and in your budget. Make sure you make an appointment or they may not have anyone available to help you.

THEY WALKED US THROUGH EACH STEP, FROM INITIAL MEASURING TO ORDERING FROM THE WAREHOUSES AND COORDINATING TIMING AND DELIVERY. THEY EVEN CONTACTED OUR TILESETTER TO HAVE HIM PICK UP OUR ORDER AT THEIR SHOP.
