CP Design

The worst designer. I wanted to give a negative rating but the lowest is a 1 star. Our construction was delayed for years because of Cristian's negligence compounded by the lock down during the pandemic. But even before the lockdown, Cristian was sloppy in getting the permits. I was very specific on what I wanted. He kept saying yes but when the drawings came, he ignored my wants. He kept saying he will change the drawings but that never happened. He does not return our calls. He does not reply to emails and texts. He blamed the city for the delays. But when we talked to the city they told us Cristian does not respond to them. The only time Cristian is fast in responding is when he picks up his check. I still have all the evidences of his negligence including the ones provided by the city. So save yourself from all the stress. Do not hire CP Design!

extremely poor follow-up; non- disclosure of important information regarding his work; Cristian wants to be paid additional 350.00 per hour to visit job site to disclose unknown factors. Very unethical in the manner how he does business. I questioned other bad reviews about CP Design should have paid better attention to the other bad reviews; I would never do business with him again.
