Dinari was professional from the get go. He came and did an assessment of our house and provided a detailed estimate shortly thereafter. As I had previous experience with home security systems in my two prior homes, he acknowledged this and we worked together to design a system that would provide both the security we desired at an affordable price.
We then scheduled the installation, and he arrived right on time! He does the work himself. He got it all installed in the time he estimated (started at 9:00 am, finished around 1:00 pm). He then spent time going over the system's operation. He then had me install the Alarm.com app on our iPhones as well as bookmarking the website, and gave us a tutorial on how that all works. It is great! You can arm/disarm from our iPhones, as well as have the system text and email us when there are security alerts! I'm not sure we need monitoring, as we'll get a text if there is ever an alarm!
I highly recommend Dinari and his company. His installation was first rate, and his monthly monitoring costs are considerable less than ADTs!
