Paul Evans Painting

We used Paul for a painting project at our house in South Lake Tahoe last summer. The paint on the trim, woodwork, and metal staircase was faded, peeling, and cracking due to the winter snow and intense sun at that altitude. In addition, the fascia boards were quite weathered and corrosion was present on the metal staircase where the paint had peeled away. Paul pressure washed all areas to be repainted followed by sanding, scraping, and wire brushing to remove loose paint, corrosion, and debris. He primed all bare wood and performed additional filling and priming on the fascia and staircase due to the weathering and corrosion. Paul then repainted all areas applying extra coats to the areas subject to weathering and corrosion. Paul's workmanship was excellent. The project was completed on schedule as promised. And, his pricing was extremely competitive. We plan to use Paul for any future painting projects.
