JNB Construction

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
i got a hold of James Thomas of JNB Construction, to do a bid for my kitchen,
living room and hall in tile, he bid 900 for kitchen and 900 for the
rest, his bid was the same as other bids i had gotten and someone i knew
had recommended James Thomas of JNB Construction . i accepted the bid
and he got started. 2 days in he called and said the job was done. i
came home to find the grout was only halfway up the gout lines! i called
james who would not take my calls! i finally had to text him and and
after several texted he agreed to come back to fix it.he came back to
fill in the grout lines more that night but then left me with 3hrs of
cleanup! in the morning when i could see the floor better i realized
that the grout lines twice as wide as they should be! this floor will
meet up with all the other finished floors in the house so the grout
lines being too big would be MORE than noticeable! i called James back
the next day and again refused to take my calls! i finally texted him
again and asked if he would come to the house and see that the grout
line were way to wide he refused and said he would just finish the house
by making the gout lines smaller across the floor. I of course refused
and asked him to come redo the job or refund my money! he said he would
not be redoing the the floor or refunding my money! i took him to small
claims court and won! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
