Garrick Terrell and crew of Gand S construction are fantastic. Their quality is top notch. We started the process of submitting plans and working through the various agencies in August and there we several roadblocks that are not normally in the process in getting the permit, such as obtaining a building allocation. Garrick was great in getting the necessary paperwork pushed through the different agencies, so we could get started before the Oct 15 deadline (no grading is allowed in Tahoe between Oct – May). Garrick is very organized and has kept the costs under control. His initial bid/contract was very detailed so we knew where we were at any time in the process. During construction we were kept well informed of the progress and discussed the build regularly. We are located 4 hours away so communication was important. We are expecting the home to be completed in the next few weeks and excited to see the final product. If we have another project like this again, Gand S is who we will call. We highly recommend Gand S construction.
