Title: Beware: Deceptive Tactics and Shoddy Work! Rating: â­ Review: Doug Bolton is the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing. From the get-go, he employed bait-and-switch tactics, offering high quality premium carpet, only his measurement were inaccurate but instead of owning the mistake and purchasing the additional carpet needed to fulfill the contract, he dugout of storage an inferior carpet, and tried to conceal the change by installing the carpet in closets and on the stairs. And then denied it! In hind sight his lack of a contract, frequent payment request before starting the job makes sense, RED FLAG!!! The end result? We have 2 different carpets in our house, one is complete trash two years in and the other has a few more years left! DB's subpar workmanship and a complete disregard for the agreed-upon scope, is going to cost us 3x as much to fix his lies. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this scam artist.

He has done an incredible job. Detailed and knows the details of building codes so that you are not inconvenienced later by a failed inspection. I will definitely recommend him. He as on time and on budget.
