Overall I couldn't and wouldn't have done it without her. As a first-time home builder I was in so over my head with the decisions I had to make. Carolyn is so talented and has such vision, I can't even comprehend how she can do it. She was so patient when I couldn't see what she could see and so she showed me her visions in other homes she has designed. Carolyn was tireless in her pursuit of perfection when working with the subcontractors. She represented my interests 100 percent. She saved me so much time and money by showing me catalogs, ordering samples, and driving me to her favorite places for products. She always explained the cost, her discounts, and her markups. I was so impressed with her energy and the amount of time she spent with me. My house came out so beautiful all because of her. I am still using her three years later, adding to my accessories.
