Furnace maintenance. Ontime/ good job. worked with us on a time that worked for us.

After searching for someone closer to home, to no avail, I looked on Angie's list and contacted Clark--- they were fabulous!! I got an estimate that was fair, detailed, and timely. I discussed the contract and installation details with the contractor, and always received respectful attention and accurate information. Then the scheduled date arrived and the work went per plan-on time, neat, and complete. I still need to wait for some final inspections, but I anticipate reliable heat and hot water this winter, and if something does go wrong, I anticipate they will be there to fix any problems.

The service person called me and let me know that he had to cut a few
things in the vanity to make sure it is connected properly. I agreed but
did not realize that it would take more than a week to have it done.
Multiple phone calls later, it was finally finished in about 6-7 days.
The cost was also pretty high.

After I contacted the company, they were able to send out someone to service the furnace the following day. I needed the furnace serviced and cleaned. Francisco arrived at the agreed upon time, gave me an estimate and explained in detail the work to be done. He answered all of my questions with patience, and the work was performed. The cost matched the estimate and the furnace is running great!

Two men did the job. They were clean, quiet, polite, etc. They moved the thermostat where I wanted it.

They did a very good job, and everybody was very polite. They were very professional. We have no complaints at all. The weather and all sorts of funny things happened, so it was not their fault unless they had to change an appointment. Their pricing was reasonable. Everything is fine. If we need to, we would use them again in the future.

This was the only plumbing company I used until I moved. Their prices were very fair. The people at this company are all really nice. The workers were always on time. They are always neat and tidy. They know what they are doing. They are good guys. I never had to wonder about the work and if it was done right. If they worked here in my area I would use them still.

Obviously, I was pretty upset that my heater, which had appeared to be working fine, had been "red tagged," ie., disconnected in accordance with State law. Once I got over the disappointment that comes along with hearing about a giant necessary expense, I appreciated Clark's professionalism. Their estimate was better than all others and they did good quality work on schedule and in accordance with their estimate. I highly recommend them to others who need this service.

They were on time and professional, very polite. The price listed is for parts and labor.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A FEW TIMES BEFORE and HE ALWAYS DOES GOOD WORK. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT I WAS HAPPY THAT THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY. I MIGHT SEARCH FOR A BETTER PRICE NEXT TIME.
