Carpet Installation
$5,228

We came in with a specific carpet and pet resistant thick pad in mind.  The owner talked us into carpet and pad which was inferior no-name brand that he carried.  (probably a product that he makes better margin on.) The end result was thin and cheap looking.  The carper began fraying and looking worn within weeks.

We stuck to our guns on the laminate choice (Pergo).  He purchased from Home depot, and surely had a contractor's discount, but charged us full price plus labor.  The Pergo install was good. However, I think our GC had his guys do all the transition trim.

My recommendation: Stay far, far away from Champion Floors To Go`  Home Depot is a much better choice.
