Today I have a man named Steve Roberts, from this company, come to my home to look at my washer. When he came into the door he was DRUNK and smelled very strong of alcohol. Steve admitted to me, after I asked him if he was drunk, he had been drinking a lot last night and was had not changed his clothes or brushed his teeth. He said he was out drinking with his boss Rick Madden all night. He was holding himself up on the washer! So I called his boss and he said he would come up and pick him up so he did not have to drive. So I left down the hill. 5 minutes later I see STEVE driving behind me! I guess Rick Madden doesn't care if his driver kills someone driving drunk. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, I ALSO PUT HE WAS DRINKING ON THE RECEIPT! SHAME ON THEM! ALSO THE VAN THEY DRIVE HAS EXPIRED TAGS FROM MAY 2007!
