Mr. Portillo's work is excellent. His price is very reasonable. He is always on time and starts early in the day. When he arrives he immediately goes to work on the project. And prior to leaving he insures that the work area is neat and clean. The first project that he did included removing and replacing wood that had been damaged by termites. Also, he replaced a support beam that held up the roof. He took care to insure that no damage was caused to the roof/tiles and this was not an easy task. His professionalism is above reproach. His work habits and quality are exceptional. Something which is rare with many of today's contractors. I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Portillo when I need additional work on my home.
