"[Member Name Removed], The estimate was sent and also I gave you guys a great discount. Maybe you guys were looking for a better price for the work needed but unfortunately we are bonded and insured and also have an office. Our prices are almost never the cheapest. We apologize for the inconvenience but maybe int he near future we can work something out."
Manny told me he saved me about $200+ for a house call and installation and I said I wanted to compensate him for his time. He asked me how I found him and I told him Yelp. He said a good review would be a just reward. Manny has many great reviews on Yelp but only one so far on Angie's List so here you go Manny. Manny showed me integrity and generosity and as we signed off he wished me a Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas to you too Manny. Thank you.
