We were in a time crunch and Manny and his team accommodated us and completed the job on time and budget as promised. They lived up to the highest standards of the three P's (Punctual-Polite-Professional). Their many rave reviews are warranted!

I contacted Manny's for an estimate on installing AC and a new furnace in my Craftsman bungalow. We scheduled for first thing Monday morning. He didn't show up. When I called to see where he was he texted me the "had it wrong in my calendar" excuse. These things happen, so I attempted to reschedule for the next morning, telling him to come by anytime before noon. Tuesday afternoon I get a text that he doesn't check that "personal" phone and that's why he didn't show up. Again. He finally promised to come Thursday at 9am. He was an hour late. He spent maybe 15 minutes in my home and didn't take any measurements. I had to correct him on the size of the existing ducting and the number of ducts. And then, despite my asking him twice for the estimate/quote and Manny promising me discounts for his scheduling mistakes, he never sent it. Manny may be a capable technician, but he's a terrible businessman. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Manny and his team did a great job. He was very responsive and work was done well and efficiently. Price was reasonable.

Manny and his employees did a great job installing heating and air conditioning in my house. They were easy to work with, polite, professional and the price was fair. They cleaned up everything when they left each day. The work was finished in the time estimated. I would highly recommend them (and already have recommended them to my friends)!

My old gas floor furnace stopped working two days ago. I called some of the top Angie's List HVAC companies. A few said they could not help me. I turned to Yelp and found Manny's Heating and Air Conditioning to be very highly rated. I called in the afternoon and left a message explaining that the pilot light was still lit but the burner wasn't igniting. The next day Manny called me back and said he couldn't get to my house until next week but he did offer to help me troubleshoot to see if it was a thermostat issue. He talked me through the disassembly of my old thermostat - putting me on hold a number of times which didn't bother me in the least since I am sure he is a busy man. Finally I was able to connect the two wires and my furnace ignited confirming that my thermostat had finally given way to old age. Manny told me he saved me about $200+ for a house call and installation and I said I wanted to compensate him for his time. He asked me how I found him and I told him Yelp. He said a good review would be a just reward. Manny has many great reviews on Yelp but only one so far on Angie's List so here you go Manny. Manny showed me integrity and generosity and as we signed off he wished me a Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas to you too Manny. Thank you.

They were incredibly nice, and fairly priced. Could not have asked for better.
