It went as good as I could of hoped for. Ben sent his son out to see what the problem was. Art was very professional and precise in his work. Art came out the same day that I called. I had my new motor, wheel & capacitor in brand new boxes the next day, installed by both Art & Ben. They worked right out in front so that gained my trust even more as I seen exactly what the problem was as Art stated the day before. Extremely pleased with their work and I have definitely found my HVAC service provider. Will be calling him back soon to try and set up some kind of yearly maintenance program if possible.

Ben was quick to respond to my initial request and was flexible with our last minute change to the meeting time. We ended up needing a new filter which he had with him so he fixed it on the spot. His pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely plan on calling him with any AC needs and will be getting a quote for possibly adding a new vent for a room.

Ben Ortega is an excellent heating and air conditioning diagnostician. Before Ben came to assess the problem with my air conditioning system, three other certified HVAC company technicians had either misdiagnosed the problem or would charge over $600 just to do a system test to see if they could catch the problem.  Ben did not charge me to come over my house to assess the problem. He came, carefully evaluated the problem. and, in less than an half hour, determined that the technician that had previously install the system three years ago had but in a very low quality Aspen air conditioner evaporator (cooling) coil that was releasing white powdered specks and were blowing into the entire house when the heating system was used. Apparently, the copper coils were reacting to the metal casings.
As I was having guest staying over for a large family event during a hot weather spell, I needed the air conditioning problem fixed right away.  Ben cleared his schedule for me and came over the same day to measure and determine the correct and appropriate high quality equipment.  He then came back within two days to change out the faulty Aspen coil with a new ADP air conditioner evaporator (cooling) coil. He was on time, explained the entire process, and answered all my questions politely and with professional knowledge.
Of four companies listed on Angie's  List that came to give me estimates, Benart Heating and Air Conditioning was the lowest price, providing the best quality materials and equipment tailored to meet the needs of the job. I highly recommend Ben and his company. I would not hesitate to call him for any heating and air conditioning needs.
