A few days later that happened, we talked on the phone, he gave me a price and I accepted.
Raul arrived with the crew and gave me a quick rundown as to what the crew (Raul, Freddy and Tikio) would do--I was concerned as it was already hotter than h*** and it was early AM.. he said Don't worry...we can handle the heat.
I knew I had made the right choice when they covered my pool with plastic without my even requesting it. The crew was so polite and professional. They worked very very hard and didn't scrimp on the ("down on your knees) sanding and did a beautiful job preparing the redwood and the railings which is the hardest but most important part of the job.
The crew stained this 1400 sq. ft. beautifully,cleaned up every scrap of material, returned the trash cans to their proper place and just did a perfect job and it took all day in the blazing sun. I won't even call anyone else when its time to do it again.
Just a 100+++% job-on time, beautifully done, priced right and the crew was just wonderful to have around !!!
"Your wood deck is made of a very beautiful hardwood called Ipe. The decks and railing had weathered because of normal sun and exposure to the elements. We reversed the effects of weathering by first, cleaning to remove surface dirt and contaminants. After cleaning came a full sanding. Sanding exposed new wood. The deck was then cleaned and sealed. In about 8 months, the decks should have a maintenance coat applied to keep it protected and to keep its rich vibrant color. We are pleased at the outcome of your Ipe Deck Restoration project and glad you are too. We look forward to maintain your deck for many years to come.
