Happy with initial service. William, Pest Control Rep sprayed around the house including the front yard and backyard and attic in garage. He also did specific requests inside the house. William is professional, very pleasant and knows his stuff. He is very accomodating with all my questions.

The first appointment was a no show. We rescheduled for the next day and signed up. The rep. that came out was a different teck. It is a little more expensive than we had thought, but with our rat/mice infestation we were anxious to get started. The program is for one year minimum.

This company started out ok. They blocked a couple of holes going under my home. Then set 3 traps. They did not come out as they said to check the traps. They came 4 days later and I had to call for them to come out. They do not respond well to follow ups on their work. I am still waiting for a 2nd follow up. I was able to speak to the employee I was working with and he apologized for not contacting me re: the follow ups delay. I also spoke to Tony-Manager. Follow up from then on was great. As a whole the company did do a GOOD JOB !!! And I would recommend them.
