Office rep was courteous and was able to provide a quote by phone. They turned out to be less costly than two other pest control companies that I contacted. They were able to schedule a visit the next day and the Technician arrived as scheduled. Would give a 5.0 rating except for the 30 day guarantee as opposed to other companies that offer 60 day guarantees.

The representative was right on time (actually early). He asked about my problem and was attentive and thorough. I have fruit trees nearby and he assured me that they will not be affected. I especially like that the service is guaranteed for a month if the problem persists!

I received a call very quickly to verify the appointment and they even had an opening available the same day, sooner than the original appointment I had made online. I was having a problem with bees in one of my trees. The expert who came to my home, was very friendly and informative, explaining a lot about bees behavior and the treatment he would be doing. I was very pleased with his service.

Edwin showed up on time and answered all our questions. He captured the raccoon outside on the first try and even texted us a picture of it. He then set the trap in the attic in case any other raccoons were inside. None found and he returned the next day to collect the trap. Very polite and kind.
