Overall experience was perfect. We did not feel pressured. After we selected a set, he offered to detail them, and he showed us how to prep them, install them at home, He showed us which product to use if we want to do any touch up paint.
He was very informative and confirmed his 90day warranty. He also services washers and dryers as well.
