Ralph's Mobile Welding

I did receive a call shortly after I left a message, had a bit of trouble getting Frank to understand what needed to be done....but he suggested that I send a photo to his phone, he would look at it and call me back.  I sent the picture and waited....and waited....and waited.  I didn't get a return call, so after 6 days I left another message for him to call me....that was yesterday morning and still no call.  If he decided he couldn't do it I would have appreciated a call back telling me so, but to not follow through at all is not acceptable and totally unprofessional.

We'd called several mobile welders, but none felt they could do the job, as the pieces were aluminum. we were thinking we'd have to buy a whole new set of backyard furniture. Ralph came out and in two hours welded both pieces. I'd definitely use him again.
