A & M SASH AND DOOR CO

We checked and compared several window companies to only to come back to A&M Sash and Door Company. We contacted A&M and spoke with Scott on specific window questions, then visited A&M with more questions and to see the actual windows. We were very impressed with their professionalism and work ethnic. The windows were ordered and delivered within a two week period and installed the following week. We were delighted with their efficiency, specifically with their input on changes that we were considering; and the promptness of ordering and delivery (the exterior house painting was completed the previous week). Window installer, Richard Amborn was outstanding!Richard estimated the job to be completed in one and one half days. Richard arrived on time and he worked continuously from 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m, no breaks and no lunch; installing 10 windows on Monday. Installation (13 windows) was completed on Tuesday from 7:00 a.m to 11:30 a. Very neat work including clean-up daily. OUTSTANDING!!

It was awesome. First of all, when I spoke to Mike on the phone I told him I needed one of the windows installed in the kitchen within 3 1/2 weeks before the commencement of my kitchen remodel. He immediately called his installer, Tom, to check on whether it could be done by the required date (it could). I immediately ordered the windows and they came in the following week. Tom installed them by the date promised and did an excellent job.

It went great. The installer, Tom, arrived as promised with an assistant. Tom is very precise and left everything clean. As you can see from the photo, the door and framing looked fabulous. Mike Holland, an owner, told me to be sure to have the door painted with oil base primer immediately after installation followed by a coat of paint. I appreciated this important piece of information. Mike provided me with excellent customer service all the way.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I ASKED FOR SOME SPECIAL WORK DONE, AND THEY DID IT, SO THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME WHAT I DIDN'T WANT.
