Wanted $175 just to come and quote the job. Sure the work is good, but it was off putting to ask for $175 just to take a look.

They have good communication and call you back.  They promised they would fix the drainage, so when it would not quite work, they came back to fix it.  They have good attention to detail.

They were really thorough.  They did it all.  Their workers were very polite.  I would definitely recommend them.  They are a little pricey, but they really do good work.  We were starting from ground up, so they were great for that.

John was prompt in responding to our call asking for a bid on a job.  His communication skills were excellent, asking professional questions pertinent to the job. After reviewing the situation, he was prompt in informing us that he wasn't going to bid on the job, but generously suggested a few other companies in the area that he recommended.  His approach was refreshing.  I'm sorry we didn't get to do business with him.
