Like clockwork. Matt's team showed up on time, got to work and shoveled and dug their way thru each step of the project. Matt was responsive to our questions and is very good at troubleshooting. This skill comes with experience. That's what is needed on foundation repairs, someone who does it all the time and knows exactly what needs to be done and can explain work details to an ignorant homeowner. He is cost conscious and fair. While his bid wasn't the lowest, it was reasonable and worth the quality job that was done. I will hire him the future for the aforementioned reasons and that he really enjoys his work.
Description of Work: Nazak Construction installed a French drain along the perimeter of our home. In addition, they reinforced an interior cracked column with a concrete pier that included a tie-in to the foundation slab. They were working off an engineer's specs.
