It wasn't perfect but it all worked reasonably well. The rugs were in pretty bad shape. They guy was exceptionally cooperative. He had me meet him somewhere and the pick up/delivery all went well. He was a very nice gentleman.

I called California Mobile Carpet Care and at first left a message. Tim Wells, the owner, called me back and set up an appointment to do the carpet cleaning. I had previously used this company to clean the carpets in our townhouse that we were preparing for sale on the real estate market. He remembered the layout of the townhouse, and so when I described what carpets needed to be cleaned in our new house, he gave me a quote based on the work he had done for me previously.
He and one of his employees came exactly on time for our appointment and worked hard to clean the carpets until they were clean. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again.
Note: They are based out of Soquel, but both times I've used them they came over to San Jose without any problem.
