Advanced Blind & Shade

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for an entire house of blinds from this company because I was told that they guarantee product quality. Most of the blinds had to have their pull strings replaced AT MY EXPENSE within a few months. When the fabric of one blind literally disintegrated -- a blind the same age and sun exposure as 5 other windows, so clearly a product fault beyond normal wear and tear -- Advanced Blind wanted to charge me $200 just to replace the fabric (not the whole shade, mind you)! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I walked across the street and got an entirely new shade for $50.

Advanced Blind was one of the companies I had come to my home for an estimate for blinds on 4 windows in my kitchen.  Todd came out at the time scheduled and was able to show me several options, offering suggestions, giving honest opinions and helped me to key into the best option for my windows.  The pricing on the blinds was great.  After I had decided to go with Advanced Blinds, I wanted to see the fabric again to make sure it was still what I wanted and to have some questions answered.  After calling the office, I had an appointment for Todd to come out again within a couple of days.  I placed the order on May 14 with a projected delivery on June 3.  I received a call on May 24th that the blinds were ready and had an appointment for the next day for installation.  Todd arrived on time and had the blinds installed in less than half an hour.  They look great. 

I went into the company's shop to discuss what we needed. The salesperson was most friendly and explained the process clearly. She asked detailed questions about what I was after and made some suggestions that were greatly appreciated. Her recommendations made a big difference in the final effect. We set up an appointment a few days out for measurements and estimate. The company called the day before to confirm the date and time (within a 2 hour range). They arrived on time - took very detailed measurements (measure twice, etc), and printed out an estimate (they had a portable printer). I was fine with the price so signed and gave them a 10% deposit. I was given a 3 week delivery time and they were close to that time (a few days over). The installer was on time. The install was estimated to take 2 hours - and it did. They didn't inconvenience us anytime during the install and cleaned up after they finished the job. We're very happy with the blinds we got - and they're the ones suggested, not the ones I thought I wanted (and less expensive than the ones I thought I wanted).
