A Beristain Construction

Providing modification to a city building to meet ADA standards required additional paperwork and engineering. All work was done in a very timely fashion. The Beristains ordered all supplies comparing prices at multiple sources, and managed subcontractors in an efficient manor.  Often, Antonio or Reymundo were able to obtain upgraded materials or fixtures while remaining within budget. The construction site was always kept clean. Great care was taken to confine dust and materials to immediate construction area so the rest of the building could continue to be used without inconvenience to club members. The quality of work was exceptional. If the final review of a project, such as digging for the foundation, did not met Beristain's standards, it was redone to met their exacting expectations.  Since completion of the projects, the Beristains have stayed in touch with our group and frequently come by to ask if everything is performing to expectations. We have received many compliments on the beauty, efficiency and functionality of the addition.  Would highly recommend this contractor to others.

Antonio Beristain is the best. He's done major and minor work for me for over a decade, and I always want him if I need help. He is not always the fastest, because he is so thorough, he doesn't take short-cuts, things get done right, and his fixes last. He is super smart, has good aesthetic sense, thinks through the work, diagnoses problems, solves hard problems, gives good advice. He notices problems and proposes solutions.

Antonio is reliable, honest beyond a doubt, and pleasant to be around. I have two old houses that have had their share of problems, complicated by age and inadequate construction, and Antonio has done a beautiful job of all manner of fixes and upgrades, top to bottom. You don't have to call him back on a job, because he does it right the first time. He's an amazing craftsman and tradesman.
