Over file at all- my turned level after air cond. 1st elect. Valve ad; 2nd timing chain etc. Spoke w/David. Willing to fix no problem, bring back. Great-other than oil level were under lines. They where ready to fill but had my husband top of 2 gti oil, noise in lifters still slapping more than before.

This was not an easy diagnosis.  The company did some extensive background research on the specific automobile, including getting information, schematics, and pricing for the parts necessary for repair.  Ultimately, it turned out to be a minor fix, which was conducted promptly as soon as parts could arrive.  I was very, very impressed by the (I) persistence and (ii) knowledge of all the representative that I encountered.
