SCOTT'S SEAL COATING & PAVING

He was to be there on Monday morning at 8:00am he didn't show up by 11:00 so I called and had to leave a message in the afternoon when he called back he told me he'd forgot and that he'd be there the next day. Two workers showed up and squeegeed on a layer and then came the next day and did it again. We'll we all know what happens when you squeegee a window all the water comes off. Well, not even a hair line crack was filled and any big crack was never prefilled they only difference I could see was it was darker in color but none of the cracks were filled. Scott showed up for the money that evening and we told time how unhappy we were with the job that none of the crack were filled and the only difference were could see was the color change but that it didn't look like even a layer of product was on or at least the hairline cracks would be filled. He argued with us that thats what we contracted for and that's what we got. He could care less if we were unhappy he just wanted his money. We paid him but will NEVER use him again. Seems to me, knowing this could be a repeat customer you would want to make sure they were happy but then that's just my opinion. My wife and I had debated on doing it ourselves for about a quarter of the price but since we had never done it before opted to hire it out. We are certain we could have done a better job even with our lack of experience. In our opinion, don't waste your money like we did. We thought we'd get 3 years at least from the job but it will have to be done again next year and probably should have been this year as alot of the small cracks are opened up now.
