I had a bad experience with NATIONAL FLOORING & SUPPLY. We signed a contract in October and they are supposed to do it in December, we returned from a vacation out of country in January and it still hadn't been done, they had problems with the flooring and kept telling it will be another week, we had had the floors now turned poor enough since December 1st and it was now mid January, so we just told him, come and pick what they did and leave. They said they had a problem with their vendor and they weren't pursuing it like they should have been. They were good about giving our money back and doing all that and that wasn't a problem. It didn't end up well. It wasn't so much with the owner, it was the office people who were protecting him and once we got him on the phone, we got our money back.
