Kirk Souza

My nephew recommended Kirk Souza because they had worked together clearing some property.  Unfortunately, I just took my nephew's word for this man.  Mr. Souza was shown the trees that were at issue, and said it would take him his full six-hour minimum to remove two of the trees in question.  He said he couldn't deal with the third tree because it was too tall and leaning too far over our house. Mr. Souza and his crew finished taking down the trees in about 3 to 3+1/2 hours.  When I expressed my belief that we were entitled to the hours remaining under the six hour minimum, he responded; "Well, I guess I should stand around with my thumb up my
_______ to get my hours in.  He did no further work for us, and I will never use his services again. Nate's Tree Service came and did a great job taking down the trees that were putting the house at risk, and cleaning up after.
