I called on a weekend and they were booked up, but they came out a few days later. They made it pretty easy and communicated over the phone well.

Diagnosed the problem. replaced the water line. Tuned up the cooler.

They are great. The prices are reasonable, very customer friendly, showed up when they said they were going to, and worked very hard.

The heat wasn't working in my home and this company came out and said they could replace all the venting. This was to be replaced for $3,578. A couple of days later, they sent in a 2 incompetent men in a raging snow storm, who insisted on doing the work that day. They installed venting. This venting was not connected to the intake grate or the roof heater plenham. They completely disabled my heating system and drove away in the dead of winter. When I called to complain, they said they did a good job and nothing was wrong with it. They charged me for pulling a permit with the county, and the investigation stated this company never pulled a permit for this job. Over a period of the next 3 months, I hired an independent HVAC Inspector who revealed the vent was not connected properly and they also used cheap electrical tape instead of the required tape, which is Mastic. This cheap tape was already coming off a few weeks later. During the next 3 months, this company sent out different people on 3 different occasions. I kept the same inspector and he inspected after each visit and noticed additional issues. He noticed kinks. After 3 times, the inspector recommended another company. By this time, I spent over $1200 in addition to the original price and had been without heat for 3 months. I sent this company a demand letter detailing what happened with receipt for the inspector. They refused to pay originally. When I sent them a 2nd demand letter stating my wished to go to court, they sent me a check for $1,200 in an envelope without an apology. I am a disabled senior with rheumatoid arthritis who lived without heat for 3 months. Bottom line, I paid in full and received the worst story. I didn’t even get an apology.
