One of the first houses I remodeled was about 30 years old. Later I remodeled one that was 100 years old. Surprisingly, they needed about the same amount of work because the older house had been built to such a higher level of quality. When I take on a project, my goal is for it to be like that 100 year old house. I want it to serve it's people well, and one day, perhaps 100 years from now, when the time comes to make a change or an update, the person taking apart my work says "wow, this was really well done and lasted a lifetime." I first learned by working on my home, then rentals. Now, my partner, Parker, and I team up to do work for others. I'll walk through exactly what you're thinking, explain what it will take and how the work will be done, and keep you updated until it's finished and you love the result. Services include...
