We used them in New Mexico as well as in Sonoma-California. The ones that we used here were good. They continue to help us with answering the questions. They showed us around to different areas in Sonoma and helped us confirm that it was Sonoma that we wanted. Eventually, the right house came on the market and it was only on the market for ten days or so. It coincided with the trip that we were making. Amazingly, we had sold our house in New Mexico in about four weeks. I came to California and they found us the right place. We spent 2000000 for the house. They were very responsive. The one who was the partner with them was a couple and she was the one that had been in real estate for twenty five years or more. She knew what she was talking about. Her husband was the one that showed us around the homes and he had worked with a real estate agency for two or three years. Anytime there was a technical question to answer she answered them. When you are a buyer you are not paying the fee as it is the sellers that pay the commission. They were very professional and the quality of their service was excellent. We were amazed at the amount of time that the husband spent on the project and he continues to do so. They were on time for the most part. They lived forty five minutes or an hour away. She was very professional but was still personable. We have had the real estate agents that were very professional but did not seem to have much of a personality.
