I had previously spent several thousand dollars (around $4000.00) with a local plumbing business that insisted that it was not possible to replace my crumbling copper pipes with pex. So, they patched and they patched and they patched. In one spot, they made a repair, then a few months later had to redo the repair. Those two instances alone cost me over $2000.00. I had gotten a mail advert from Sandeen Plumbing and decided to give them a try when I next had a leak. Rich replaced all the many times patched copper pipes under my house with pex. Then the twice repaired leak in one of the walls began leaking again. Rich came in, took one look, said all he needed to do was pull that run of copper pipe and replace it with pex. Job done for a little over $600.00. He is thorough, neat, cleans up after himself (what an improvement!), is reliable, and his prices are fair. Sandeen Plumbing will continue to be my first choice for plumbing work.
Description of Work: Rich replaced my leaky copper water pipes with pex and repaired leaks where the water came into the house.
