Sage Renovations

Description of Work: I worked with Tony Sage on several projects (a bathroom remodel and landscaping) and I was delighted with both the results and his process. Tony is professional. He and his crew show up on time, stay on schedule, work quickly, and leave the work area clean and tidy. He prepares tight estimates of agreed-upon work, revises the estimates as the work progresses and as his client's specs change. He details next steps so there is never any confusion on the project. Tony is also creative, coming up with suggestions and options that enhance the final result and even saves money. The lanscaping project included creation of a patio, stone walls, garden and door steps; selecting and placing boulders; relocating and purchasing trees and shrubs; creating a french drain; and installing water and electrical outlets in the garden. The bathroom project was a complete remodel removing tub, flooring, toilet, heating element, and vanity. The upgrades included tile flooring, skylight, replacing sink, toilet, all fixtures and building a wall for a tiled tile shower enclosure.
