Excellent.
I had two freezers and a refrigerator lose power all at once. I checked to see if a circuit breaker had tripped, couldn't tell and just flipped them all off, then on again. Didn't help. The appliances were not on the same plug, so it could not be a plug issue. I was stumped and had a lot of food I would lose to spoilage if I couldn't get it fixed, and soon.
Northern Lights was recommended to me by another electrician who couldn't come out at that time. I called, talked to Elliot, and he came out in a very short time. He checked behind the freezers, verified that all three weren't on the same plug, asked me if I'd checked the circuit breakers, then went to look at the box.
He saw a notation there that there was a grounding switch on the North wall of the garage. Turned out it was actually on the West wall, but he located it, switched it back on, and, voila! We had power again. It was taken care of so quickly that the bag of ice in the freezer didn't even melt.
I only gave him a B on Professionalism because he moved the freezers away from the wall and forgot to put them back. One door won't open all the way, and the other is not level any longer and its door has a tendency to come open. Since I plan to have Northern Lights doing some other work for me, I didn't think it was reasonable to have him make a trip back to fix that. I'll get it done the next time.
