I was referred to Ron's Glass and Screen by another Glass company. It took three appointments before I was able to meet with the
technician. The technician was OK, but I did not think he fine tuned
the ease in which the door moved after installing the new rollers. I
paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt, but he did not have a
receipt book with him and said the receipt would be sent to my home. I
never received it so I called the office. The person there was very
nice as she always was, and I asked her to send me the receipt. After
several weeks, I called again to ask for my receipt. At least two
weeks have passed and still no receipt. Not a big deal, but very poor
follow up.
