Fred is certified by the state of California as an Indoor radon mitigator. Radon mitigation systems can be installed by the homeowner or by any contractor, but I preferred to have it done by someone experienced and certified in this area. Also, I had been told by another certified radon mitigator that he didn't know any way the particular problem my house presented could be reliably corrected. After evaluating my home Fred was confident he could correct the elevated radon level and would warranty his work for 5 years. He and his crew come from out of town but were punctual and courteous. They did the work with a minimal of disruption and essentially no mess in our house. When testing showed a significant drop in our radon levels and that we didn't need as big a fan as he had installed he returned and exchanged the exhaust fan for a smaller (less energy use), quieter fan at no charge.
Description of Work: Installed sub-slab depressurization system to reduce house radon levels.
