He was available for a weekend inspection at very short notice and did a very good job and prepared a meticulous report with remedy recommendations

Henry was great,He arrived early ready to work, listened to my concerns about the job, did a thorough in depth inspection, his report was timely with concise explanations and pictures that were easy to understand with helpful suggestions on how to fix problem areas. I recommend Henry as well as plan to use him again in the future

I had Henry build me a single room ground floor addition to my house, a 3rd bedroom. I found H.F. Schwartz to be the consummate contractor. He provided more details on his estimate than any of the other 4 contractors I received bids from. He's been exceedingly patient working with me and I can't overstate how confident I feel about the work that he's doing and his integrity as a person. I've heard horror stories from others, so I'm aware of what CAN go wrong, but I never once felt there was any reason to mistrust H.F. Schwartz and his team. Work progressed at a steady clip and was of the highest quality. I feel very lucky to have had H.F. Schwartz and his crew to work with on this, my first major renovation ever. Bottom line: top-notch work from a contractor with integrity.

"Mr. Gordon R.'s addition was a delightful challange for H. F. Schwartz Builders. Gordon's goal was to obtain a addition within approx. 5 ft. from a 300 ft. Ginko Bilbo Tree. Our expert Soils Engineer, LRA Geology, went to work recommending a grade beam pier foundation. This was then approved by H.F. Schwartz Civil Engineer Gene Porter Inc. LRA has been doing business for 52 years."

HF Schwartz is hands down the most professional and consciencous contractor I have ever dealt with. My project was somewhat complex, and Henry paid great attention to detail to make sure construction plugged right along. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Initial pricing was a bit higher than other bidders, but I chose HF Schwartz because I felt he understood the job better and would provide a higher quality product. I would not hesitate to use HF Schwartz again.

"Mike and his wife requested a very customized garage. With a car lift and 20 ft. ceilings. The biggest challage and reward was to support the entire 2nd story on temporary shoring, while the existing foundation was removed (and allow living space upstairs with saftey in mind for the whole family - kids and all! End result...total satisfaction (Whew!)"
