TRIDENT MORTGAGE GROUP

Roger Kumar of Trident Mortgage recently handled the
refinancing of our mortgage. I have done Refis with other Mortgage brokers at
least 4 times in the past.
If I ever need to refinance my mortgage, I will definitely
use Trident Mortgage again. Roger is a professional, and he got our loan rate
locked in just before the rates took a big bump up recently. He got all the
necessary paperwork submitted to the lender and we closed the loan on time and
in less than 30 days. His fees were extraordinarily low, and he shows you all
the loan fee details in advance of the closing.
 
He kept me updated throughout the process, and he found a
lender that offered a very competitive interest rate, and that would listen to
reason. Let me explain about the saga of this loan if you care to read on.
  Someone electronically filed a fraudulent 2012 Federal Tax
Return using my name before I got my paper version filed.  By the way, you
can avoid ever having this happen by establishing a PIN with the IRS that one
must have to electronically file. I didn?t find that out until after I had this
nightmare of a problem.
  The fraudulent Federal Tax return showed me as single, living in
Texas (In order to steal my tax refund) even though, I have been married for 24
years, always file a joint return, and have lived in the same home in
Encinitas, CA for the past 14 years. None of the lenders would fund our loan
due to a 'technical glitch" in underwriting guidelines which requires a
paper or electronic tax filing to match identically the lender requested
4506T (Lender verified and obtained electronic request for filed tax returns
directly from the IRS).   
Even though the lenders had copies of my most recent two
tax returns showing substantial consistent income, low debts, and excellent
credit, they would not fund my loan, simply because of the tax filing
(fraudulent) that shows up on the IRS 4506T and the inability for the IRS to
just remove it from showing after corrected. No common sense and no way to
technically fix this glitch in lending guidelines. 
Roger didn?t give up and months later found a lender in
his network that would listen to reason. He was able to get them to understand
what had happened. He kept me updated throughout the process, and secured
a very competitive interest rate. I will always work with Roger on any
home loans I may need in the future.
