JB Tile and Stone

John, the owner of JB Tile and Stone, was recommended to us by a store that sells tile and stone. When I contacted John, he came out and gave me an estimate to install travertine and tile throughout our bathroom - walls, floor and vanity backsplash. He showed up on time to look at the job and had the estimate to me the next day. His price was competitive. Since we had someone staying there, we set a date for when to start the work and he was there the morning we had planned, right on time. This job wasn't easy. We have an old house and no walls or ceilings are straight. Along with that, when they demoed the fiberglass tub there was water damage all over back wall. It turned out to be a roof leak that had been leaking for some time and needed to be repaired. John and his helper, Ramone, worked throughout all of this. He did what he could do while the roof and water damage was being repaired to make sure his work was done on time. We had people coming to stay there so that was a major concern. He communicated with me  throughout the job, keeping me informed with how things were going along the way. He was very dependable and polite. In the end, he actually finished a few days earlier than planned. The work was beautiful with attention given to every detail. I am so happy with the bathroom I plan on using him again for another job we want to do in our home and have recommended him to several friends.
