MOSTLY GOOD. QUALITY WORK BUT LOTS AND LOTS OF HEADACHES. NO REASONABLE EXPLANATION FOR INITIAL DELAYS. RBSD OFFICE HAS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO CONCERNS BUT NO ONE FROM CORPORATE HAS EVER ACKNOWLEDGED OR ADDRESSED ANY CONCERNS.
