I contacted Victor and we set up an appointment right away. He was on time and very thorough in finding out exactly what we wanted. He brought up a lot of points that other tile guys had over-looked. We set up a time to do the work. He brought his brother in law to help him. They were both 100% on-time EVERY DAY. They were courteous and polite. Also, at every stage, Victor let us know what was going on. If any un-expected things came up, he always came to us and told us our options and gave us his suggestions about what we should do. When we discovered that some of our floor had water damage, they consulted with us about how they could fix it and then they did. We were comfortable leaving them in our house while we went off to work or to do errands. I'm happy to say, our tile looks AMAZING! Also, I thought the price for the work he performed was a really great deal.

He arrived on time for the estimate and got the job. He arrived on time for job and he and his helper demoed the work in the first day, set the tiles the second day and grouted the third day. He's delightful, on time and I'd highly recommend him. He'll probably end up doing our bathroom when we're ready.

Did a complete shower stall from top to bottom and did the kitchen. Had to get creative in bathroom because of size, made some great suggestions. He stayed on the job until it was done. He also did amazing follow through work.
