Mike, the technician showed up on time for the inspection, and took the time to answer all our questions. He is very interested in what he does and gave us great education on termites. This gave us great confidence in him and in Ventura Pest Control. At no time did he try to push us into any services that weren't necessary. He even took care of all the arrangements with having the gas company turn off and then restore service.
The work was performed when they said it would. The fumigation crew even pulled a prized jasmine plant away from the house and laid it down so it would be outside the tent and not killed by the fumigant. When the crew came back to clean up, they put the jasmine plant back up and retied it just like it was before.
They were very helpful with information and provided the proper bags to protect any food or other vulnerable items in the house. We felt they were with us throughout the entire process, always answering our concerns and making sure the entire process went smoothly for us.
From initial contact and inspection to the removal of the tent was about 1 week. We are VERY pleased how quickly they got the work done. The cost was also much less than we were expecting; everything about our experience with them was GREAT!
