Turner Air Conditioning

My air conditioner broke down, which is why I contacted this place and on that same day a technician turned up on my doorstep after an hour. I was amazed because they responded quickly. The technician inspected my AC and began fixing the problem. 
Good service is all I can say. In fact, no matter how hard I try to look for faults I cannot find any.
The service was really efficient. The technician was easy to deal with and is very knowledgeable. Once the job was completed, my AC was good as new. We talk for a few minutes and he even instructed me how to properly clean the filters. This is really a huge help for me. 
I highly recommend this business ? it is a great local service.

He added refrigerant. He was suppose to schedule a follow up and never did. The service was ok.  He did a good job.

Very professional, honest, and reliable. This was the best service I have ever received from any HVAC company anywhere.

I appreciated that he did not try to up sell me.  He answered all of my questions. He promptly provided a quote for replacement of the ac and heating system.  Left the area spotless.  Very pleased with his work.  Because of the structure of my town home it is impossible to carry the main ac unit  in threw the back.  He stated that he could have a crane come and lift it over home, three stories, and drop it in the back yard.  His Quote, included the use  of the crane to lift the ac unit over the house, was within market. He was so trustworthy, direct and honest that I would use him again.

Nice guy, Brian, owner of this family-owned business came out to do a very thorough inspection.  I also spoke with Kathy on the phone to schedule the appointment & she was also very professional, helpful & courteous.  
Brian was punctual, honest, complete & very attentive to detail.  Really went the extra mile in explaining different aspects of my AC system & how to get it to run w/ the most efficiency.  Even programmed my controller & helped re-install the filter!  Very trustworthy & knowledgeable.  I will absolutely be working with them in the future.

This what excellent service. Brian was punctual, very knowledgable, professional and most of all - honest. My furnace was not working and we met with Brian assuming that we would be replacing it. He could have easily tried to make an easy buck with us and we were open to it, but instead he quickly found the source of the problem and advised us to make certain adjustments that did not benefit him financially in anyway and solved our problem. It's difficult enough to find competent professionals, but it is truly rare to find people that are honest and value being of service to others over making money. I will definitely continue working with Brian moving forward and would recommend his company to anyone.

Turner Air Conditioning scheduled the visit at a time convenient for me, showed up at the time promised and did an excellent job. For $49, Brian spent 1 ½ hours servicing my furnace which had a dangerous pre-ignition issue. He determined the issue immediately, made the repairs necessary, made other needed adjustments and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We need to replace our 40 year old HVAC system and I will call Turner when we are ready to do this.

Brian, gave me a great through education of my hvac system and estimate for different levels of repairs. Spoke to all of the components and estimate of he age of the system. He gave me several options from complete replacement to repairing components as needed. I was very please with the information provided to me.

We especially appreciate that the owner of the company performed the work and is accountable for the work. Our furnace tune-up was explained in detail and performed as described. We will definitely use Brian again!

Iwas very impressed with the owner Brian Turner. I had previously had another local A/C company out to look at the low air flow problem with my A/C unit and their only advice was to replace the entire system. Brain with Turner A/c did a very thorough assessment of my system and explained that the configuration of my system allowed dirt to enter the system clogging the cooling coils and that cleaning the coils would  improve the airflow. Brian did indicate that we could achieve some substantial cost savings with a new system, but that was not necessary to solve the current problem. We proceeded to have Brian clean the coils which dramatically improved the air flow. The the actual costs came in $20 less that his original estimate which was a pleasant surprise. All-in-all this was a very positive  experience and I plan to have Brian replace our overall A/C system in the spring before it gets really hot again. Highly recommended.

I scheduled an appointment using Angie's List and purchased the Big Deal coupon offered by this company.  They were very easy to work with during the scheduling, called to confirm the appointment, and showed up on time.  My air-conditioning was working, but acting weird, so Brian opened up all the pieces, checked the wiring, and confirmed that the wiring was done incorrectly.  He quickly fixed the wiring and gave me some other tips for running an efficient system.  I learned a lot about air conditioning and if I need any work done on my current system or a new one installed, I wouldn't hesitated to call them for service.

The fan went out on my old furnace.  The air conditioner was working, but the fan stopped.  I called Turner Air and Brian came out and found the problem.  He gave me all my options from simply replacing the fan to different choices of new furnaces.  He didn't hard sell.  After he emailed me the different price options, I made an appointment to replace the very old furnace. (It was in the house when we moved in in 1986 - don't know how old it was.)
Brian and Dale came out and neatly and cleanly replaced the old furnace and carted off the ancient one.  They also installed a new thermostat and added a new part to the air conditioner condenser unit.  The price also included the city permit and the HERS Rater test.

I appreciated their work and their care of the surroundings.  Prompt, very neat, clean, responsible and capable.  And I would certainly hire Turner Air again.

Mr. Turner arrived on time. He checked the filter and the air intake to the furnace. Made a recommendation for an air filter replacement and to improve the seal on the intake to improve air quality and efficiency.
He checked the wiring on the A/C unit and found a connector broken, which he replaced at no additional charge. He also tightened the wires into the breaker box, which were loose. He inspected and cleaned the area around the compressor.
He made some recommendations to improve the safety of the wiring and the efficiency of the unit, and provided estimates for the work if we should choose to do so. He took plenty of time to explain why he made those recommendations.

Turner Air Conditioning is awesome. Ryan is very nice and I think he is very knowledgeable, and he appears to be a very hard worker. I have two furnaces, one for half the house, and one wasn't heating and he had to go into an attic. The furnace is seventeen years old and he could have told me I needed a new furnace, but it was only a small part and he brought the bad part down and should me what it was. I felt that it was very honest and it's been working great. He was totally professional, not intrusive, not chatty, but answered when I asked them, and was clean. I took his card and would hand it out.

The project was a straightforward electrical repair and went from start to finishe without a hitch.
