HE WAS VERY NICE AND HE WORKED OUT THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE, BUT I HAD AN ACCIDENT AND I ENDED IN A HOSPITAL FOR ONE MONTH, SO I LOST THE DEAL. HE WAS VERY NICE WITH ME.
