He knew my system and correct all issues immediately Very satisfied with service and looking forward to a long and successful use of his services.

Travis is professional and friendly and easy to contact. He is responsive and has always come out the same day when we've had a problem. I feel that he's honest and tries to fix the problem first rather than sell you something you may not actually need. In addition to maintenance and repairs he provides us with a weekly pool service and the price is reasonable. We've had the same pool tech for the 3 years we've had this service and he's a real nice guy who shows up at the same time each week and does a good job. We first met Travis Junge when we were purchasing our home which has a pool. Our realtor recommended his services to evaluate the cost of installing a pool and spa heater which were missing from the existing equipment. Travis happily came out and provided us an estimate and at the time informed us that our pool filter was dramatically undersized for the pool. He provided estimates as requested in a very timely manner as we were in escrow. During the escrow process, the seller installed a cheap undersized pool/spa heater and we did subsequently purchased the home. At that time we decided to keep the existing pool services company that had been serving the pool for the 10 previous years. Within the first month or so we noticed some issues with the elevated spa draining into the pool. Being new pool owners, we called our pool service company who sent out a supervisor. They could not figure out what was happening. They believed the problem was likely a faulty valve and the solution was to replace all the valves and just run the filter for a longer period of time a day to keep the spa filled. I called my realtor who put us in touch with Travis Junge. He met me at our home within a day or two. I explained the problem and within 5 maybe 10 minutes Travis grabbed some tools from his truck, ran a test and determined that the problem was the plumbing and exactly how it was plumbed wrong. Possibly following the new heater install but who knows? Now mind you, 5 or 10 minutes. Our pool guy had been servicing the pool for 10 years. At that time Travis pointed out that our pool cleaner was plumbed improperly bypassing the actual intake and again pointed out the small filter size. Now mind you this is a total of 10 or 15 minutes onsite. Well, long story short- The other guys have been let go and Travis Junge Pool Service and Repair has been our pool guys ever since. About 3 years now. Plumbing is fixed, filter is the right size. Travis Junge Pool Service and Repair do a great job, our pool and spa sparkles year round, and all we have to do is swim and enjoy our pool carefree with no stress.

I have been working with Travis Junge for more than a year now when we originally hired his company for a our weekly pool service. The techs show up on schedule every week, keep our pool up great, if I see the tech and note we will be entertaining he always does a little extra to prepare our pool for a busy weekend. We have needed some heater parts replaced, Travis was not available but got one of his associates to contact me immediately and scheduled an appointment the following morning and had the parts on hand to fix the problem at a very fair price. Travis came as a recommendation from a neighbor and he has since taken over our street and does 4 of the 6 pools on my street.

Travis Junge Pool Service is a great company providing A+ service. Having a pool can be demanding, but Travis makes it a pleasure. His team takes care if issue before I even know about them. Knowing that your pool is ready to go at any time is nice. You will not be disappointed hiring Travis and his team for all your pool and spa needs.

Travis and his team are amazing. We have used them for our pool cleaning and maintenance for about a year and a half now. Travis is always super responsive if we need to reach out to him. The ten years have been mostly just service which has been so good that I have not needed hardly any maintenance. When I have needed new equipment Travis has assisted me in selecting what is best for me. The thing that has always been a special part of his service is that he is never to busy for me.

All was fixed in a timely manner. They listen to the customer's concerns and try to address them so the problem(s) are fixed.

He cleans the pool once every week and cleans the filter and adds chlorine once every year and gets it ready for the summer. He is a great person. He is very competent and keeps me informed in advance if he is not going to be available. He is very careful of my dogs even when we are not at home. He takes care of all the problems we might have had with the pool. He once fell in the pool and broke his foot, so he hired someone to come in and got the cleaning done, which I think is very thoughtful of him. I have been very pleased with him.
