It went great. He called before he came to verify the time. He did the job as asked, and paid attention to where to start first as I would be using that area first. All work was done timely and done well.

Tommy is very thorough and knowledgeable in the caring and cleaning of both the carpet and tile. They moved the furniture to clean both the carpet and tile. They also refinished the tile. They removed all of the pet and spill stains. The tile and carpets both look like they were both just installed. They both look like they are brand new.

TOMMY TOLD US TWO DAYS BEFORE WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE MOVED. HE THEN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND HAD ALL THE CARPETS IN THE HOUSE CLEANED AND ALL THE FURNITURE PUT BACK BY THE TIME WE CAME HOME.
