The Ups Store 5826 - Simi Valley

This review is long overdue, but well-deserved.
I have rented a mailbox from UPS Store #5826 for almost five years. There are many mailbox rental places, and I'm sure the basic services are similar. What stands out for me with UPS Store #5826, not just as a mailbox rental store, but as a place of business, is the outstanding customer service of its employees! The store is usually staffed by two or three college-age employees. Although there has been some turnover over the years, the employees always seem to be clean-cut, professional-looking, well-mannered, and helpful. The store is also always clean and well-kept. I would have to give the franchise owners credit for this. They obviously put a priority on having a pleasant store and happy customers.
The employees are always courteous and have a pleasant demeanor, regardless of how busy they might be. They get to know the customers, and I have even had my mail and packages waiting for me at the counter because the employee recognized my car parking outside the store. Very quickly after I got married, they got to know my wife and extend her the same service. Now that my wife is visibly pregnant, the employee on duty always offers to carry any packages out to her car.
We are very happy with this UPS store and will continue to utilize their services for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend their mailbox rental and other services.
