My pool was not clean since they took it over, the 2nd week of April until I fired them at the end of May. I left several phone messages to inquire why the pool remained dirty after the first couple weeks. I told them I could see on the bottom of the pool that the serviceman wasn't completely covering the bottom of the pool; I could see the actual streak marks he left that were dirty. No one ever returned my calls. Then they sent a serviceman-in training who "knew nothing about your pool" every week, did the minimal skimming of leaves on the water surface and that was all. Plus he knocked out the pool light which I then had to pay to fix.The repairman came to fix the pool light (in a now very brown pool), told me that he was leaving to buy a replacement ring for the light and then didn't return for a week; the light sat on the edge of the pool all that time. No one called to explain why he hadn't returned or why he was so late. I have never experienced such unprofessional service or incompetent workmanship. My pool's been clean every week since I bought my house 6-7 years ago. When the previous pool service took over they had to clean a pool that'd been dormant (w/o service) for over a month and they had it clean the first week. There is no excuse for a pool being dirty brown for 2 months. They sent someone in training who did nothing but skim the leaves off the surface and add chemical after chemical. A now lingering charge that I refuse to pay for. Had they actually cleaned the pool, exerted some sweat equity, the chemicals wouldn't have been in question, as they are now.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my pool on a weekly basis.
